Delete your account

You can delete your RinkLog account and all associated data at any time, right from the app or the website.

Delete from the app or the website

  1. 1Log in to your account at rinklog.com or in the app.
  2. 2Open the My account page (menu at the top right).
  3. 3At the bottom of the page, in the Danger zone section, tap Delete my account.
  4. 4Type the confirmation word, then confirm. Deletion is immediate.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and email address
  • All your players and their profiles
  • All recorded games and statistics
  • All uploaded photos
  • Generated reports and bulletins
  • Any active subscription is cancelled at the same time

Deletion is immediate and irreversible, in compliance with Quebec's Law 25. No personal data is retained after deletion, except payment records we are legally required to keep.

Can't log in?

Email us at support@rinklog.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Account deletion". We will complete the deletion within 30 days at most.
