Privacy Policy

We only collect the data necessary for the service to work:

• Email address: required when creating your account, used as your login identifier.

• Game statistics: the information you enter yourself (player names, game stats).

• Language preference: to display the service in the language of your choice.

• IP address: for security purposes only (abuse prevention, including multiple account creation, and rate limiting). It is retained for a maximum of 30 days.

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Provide the service: display your statistics, calculate progressions, and manage your account.

• Generate progression report cards (Franchise plan).

• Communicate with you about your account (confirmations, important service-related notices).

On the web, payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store any payment card data on our servers.

On the native iOS app, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; RevenueCat, our subscription management platform, receives a technical identifier linking your RinkLog account to your Apple subscription status, but never your payment card information.

Your data is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers and D1 database).

All connections to the service are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

We rely on technical subprocessors strictly necessary to operate the service:

• Cloudflare: hosting and infrastructure.

• Stripe: payment processing (web purchases).

• Apple / RevenueCat: purchase processing and subscription management (iOS app only).

• Resend: transactional email delivery.

• Anthropic: generation of progression report cards and the chat assistant.

Your data is retained as long as your account is active.

You can delete your account and all your data directly from the app (Account, then Delete my account).

A RinkLog account is created and managed by an adult (13 years minimum, in accordance with our Terms of Use).

Statistics may relate to minor players, but they are entered and controlled by the parent or guardian who owns the account.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada, including Law 25 (Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector).

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to us at support@rinklog.com.
