What it is really for
A friend, the other parent, someone close
No more texting you the scoresheet. They open the app with their own account, track the game they are at, and everything ends up in the same place.
The separated family
One week here, one week there, a single player history. Nobody keeps their own version of the stats, and nobody has to share a password.
The kid who wants in
A Player role, where the kid logs their own practices and watches their progression, is coming. Today only one role can be invited: Guest. So you can already bring your kid in as a Guest, and you keep the subscription, the members and player deletion either way.
Who can invite, and how many people
Inviting is part of the paid plans. Seats are on top of the owner: with Premium, four of you are in the account.

- An invitation waiting to be accepted already takes a seat. Cancel it and the seat comes right back.
- The person you invite pays nothing: the owner's plan is what counts for everyone in the account.
- Moving from one paid plan to another cuts nobody off, even if you have more members than the new plan has seats: only new invitations wait for a seat to free up. Dropping back to free, on the other hand, suspends the members' access, without erasing anything.
Inviting someone, step by step
Four screens, under a minute. It all happens in "My account".

Open "Account members"
In "My account", the "Account members" card. It shows your plan's seats, who fills them, and the invitations still waiting.

Tap "Invite someone"
The Guest role is picked for you, and it is the only invitable role for now, whether you invite a friend, a parent or someone close: they will see and record, without deleting a player, managing the members, touching the subscription, making a player public or exporting the account data. A more limited Player role is coming.

An email, or a link to share
Type their address and we email them the link. Leave the field empty and the link appears: copy it or share it yourself, by text or in person.

They join, and show up in the list
The link is valid for 7 days and works once. As soon as they accept, their name joins your members with their role and their start date.

What a guest sees, and what they do not
A guest can
- See your players, their stats and their reports
- Start a game and track it live, shift by shift
- Log practices and write shift ratings
- Keep the player's calendar up to date
- Create and edit a player in the account
Reserved for the owner
- Delete a player
- Manage the account members
- Manage the subscription
- Make a player public (and share it in the community)
- Export the account data
And nothing of theirs comes into yours: they keep their own account, their own players and their own subscriptions, invisible from yours.
What happens on their side
They open the link and immediately see which account they are invited to, with which role, and what that role allows.
They sign in, or create a free account in seconds, with Google, Apple or an email address. Their invitation waits while they do.
No subscription is asked of them, ever.
An expired, cancelled or already used link says so plainly and invites them to ask you for a new one.
Switch account
Moving between accounts
- An invited person keeps THEIR account. Both live side by side, and a "Switch account" selector appears in their menu (on a computer) and in their drawer (on a phone), right before "My account".
- Switching always lands on "My players", the one screen that makes sense on both sides.
- While they work in your account, a banner reminds them on "My players": "You are in Julie's account · Guest". A "Back to my account" button sits right beside it.
- That banner is not decoration: two player lists look alike, and a game tracked in the wrong account is a game to enter all over again.
Switch account
A freed seat is available immediately: you can invite someone else within the minute.
Removing an access
- Remove a member
- "Account members", the "Remove" button on their row. Access falls away on their very next action, with no delay to wait out.
- What stays
- The games, practices and notes they entered stay in your account. You take back an access, never work already done.
- Cancel an invitation
- As long as it has not been accepted, an invitation is cancelled in one tap and its link stops working immediately, even if it travelled.
- Leaving on their own
- An invited person can also leave your account whenever they want, from the "Accounts you joined" section. Coming back takes a new invitation.
No signal, inside the arena
Tracking a game offline works in someone else's account exactly like in your own: the app keeps everything on the device and sends it when the network returns.
Every queued action remembers the account it was written in. A game started in Julie's account goes back to Julie's account, even if the person switched accounts in between, even if the app was closed.
If the access was removed in the meantime, the item stays queued instead of landing in the wrong account.
Frequently asked questions
Does the person I invite have to pay?
No. The account owner's plan is what counts for everyone. The invited person creates a free account, or uses the one they already have, and never pays anything to follow you.
How many people can I invite?
Three with Premium, five with Franchise, ten with Club, on top of you. The free plan cannot invite yet.
Do we have to share a password?
No, and that is the whole point. Everyone signs in their own way (Google, Apple or email). Removing an access therefore never means changing your password.
How long is the invitation link valid?
Seven days, for one person. After that, or after a first use, it stops working and a new one has to be created.
Can a guest delete a player?
No. Five actions stay with the account owner: deleting a player, managing the account members, managing the subscription, making a player public (and sharing it in the community) and exporting the account data. Everything else, a guest can do.
Do I see their own players?
No. Access goes one way: they come into your account, you do not go into theirs. Their own players stay invisible to you.
How do I know which account I am recording in?
A banner stays on "My players" the whole time you work in someone else's account, with their name, your role and a button to come back to yours.
