A question about the RinkLog stats app? We usually respond within 24 hours.
First check your email address (the one used at signup). Forgot your password: use "Forgot password" on the login screen to receive a reset link by email. If you signed up with Google or Apple, log back in with the same button. Still stuck? Write to us, we unlock accounts quickly.
Subscribed on the web: open My account, Subscription section, then "Cancel subscription"; Premium access stays active until the end of the paid period. Subscribed in the iOS app: it is managed from your Apple account settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions), like any App Store subscription.
Games tracked offline sync automatically as soon as the connection returns: simply open the app with network access and leave it in the foreground for a few seconds. If a game seems missing, do not delete anything and do not log out: write to us, local data is recoverable.

Your choice: the usage statistics that tell us which features actually get used, and the Meta, Reddit and TikTok advertising pixels on our marketing pages. No player data ever goes into either, and nothing is sold.
