Formula
iCF = shots on goal + missed shots + blocked shots
Example
In one game a player puts 3 shots on net, misses 2 and has 2 blocked: iCF = 7 attempts. Even without a goal that night, the 7 says he created danger.
Why it is precious in youth hockey: goals are rare and random in the short run, shot attempts are frequent and stable. A kid whose iCF climbs is improving, even if the goal column lags. RinkLog computes iCF automatically once you log missed and blocked shots along with shots on goal.
RinkLog measures and computes this statistic automatically during your hockey, ball hockey and ringette games.
