AcademyTracking and method

How do you set up a hockey statistics tracker?

A good hockey stats tracker separates two moments: during the game you log simple EVENTS (goal, assist, shot, shift, faceoff); after the game the tool computes the STATISTICS (averages, percentages, trends). Any system that asks you to calculate live gets abandoned before Christmas.

Paper works for 3 or 4 stats but computes nothing and gets lost. Excel computes but demands tedious data entry after every game, and nobody keeps it up for a season. A dedicated app logs the event the moment it happens, in one tap, and does everything else: it is the only method that survives a full 40-game season.

RinkLog is exactly that: a button board customized to the player’s position, an automatic shift timer, offline mode for dead-zone arenas, and every statistic (basic and advanced) computed and stored season after season. Free to start.

RinkLog measures and computes this statistic automatically during your hockey, ball hockey and ringette games.
